Tracking task for the Geocode Earth (aka Pelias) contract request.

Updates:

• 2022-09-27: Coupa review and the budget approvals are complete for this request.
  • Third party subscription contract. Legal terms reviewed. Legal communicated the attribution requirements under the Terms (i.e., including "© Geocode Earth" in any visual aspects and depictions). Contains an auto-renewal and so if the team wishes to cover the auto-renewal, a new Coupa request must be filed ahead of time before renewal. The Campaigns team has been looped in about need to coordinate use of logo approval with Trademarks team. Security's Privacy Engineering team rated data processing at "low risk." We have communicated to GeoCode Earth concerns about how broad its use of "tags" language is in the Privacy Policy. We were informed that they know of this concern and they are looking to updating their "tags" language but that what GeoCode Earth uses is a basic and privacy respecting analytics software (Fanthom).
• 2022-09-19: Legal team shared some of the terms with us that may impact some of our requirements; sharing with Campaigns team for discussion
• 2022-09-15: Review by the contracts team in Legal is being coordinated with Security's review.
• 2022-09-13: The Coupa request has been approved by Procurement and Finance teams, and is now under Legal review.
• 2022-09-07: Janna has submitted our contract request to Coupa (Form Response 3669), and it is now awaiting approval.
• 2022-09-07: @ldelench_wmf submitted to @JLaytonWMF via email; confirming that she is still the correct person to process the request.
