The Campaigns team is building an on-wiki event registration tool. Our MVP requirements include:

1. Being able to filter events by country/region
2. Provide address autocompletion when creating/updating a registration
3. Show only relevant info in the event page bar, e.g. the building name (see T301692#7797849)
4. Show events happening nearby (not for MVP, but a feature for later)
5. Show where the event is happening on a map (not for MVP, but a feature for later)
