As an organizer, I want to be able to add the location of my event in such a way that it is structured data, so that my event can be found by interested potential participants via location search on an Event List or via a future Event Notifications feature.

Background: The physical location of an in person or hybrid event is currently stored as a string rather than as structured data. We want to change this, so that organizers can input a physical language of their event. Then, when users go to an Event List, they can search for all events in a specific city or country.
