Vector 2022: Wrong tagline for other site displayed under logo

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • Any page of any non-English wiki, such as French Wiktionary, Spanish Wiktionary, French Wikisource, etc.

What happens?:

The baseline under the logo, on the left top corner is missing or wrong. In French Wiktionary, it's the baseline of French Wikipedia instead of the proper one. One example of the wrong file involve: https://fr.wiktionary.org/static/images/mobile/copyright/wiktionary-tagline-fr.svg
It should be "Le dictionnaire libre" and not the Wikipedia one.

What should have happened instead?:

It was correct earlier today, with adequate baselines. Please get them back.

@Stang Wrong version of the tagline was uploaded to commons.

I have uploaded the correct one, but not able to run the logos management script.

@Noe Thanks for filling this task! I thought this is kind of a mistake when implementing T307705. It is estimated to be fixed on Monday. One problem is that I am unable to find such issue occurred on "Spanish Wiktionary, French Wikisource, etc", could you please do a recheck?

Hi,
On those projects, there is no baseline at all. Not an incorrect one. One was present before and is missing now.

For French Wiktionary, the issue is not resolved today.

Hi, the tagline for French Wiktionary should be ok now, the cache got purged a few minutes ago.

I rechecked IS.php before the big change in config.yaml, and found there's no tagline defined for those two sites, are you sure about "One was present before"?

Actually, Vector 2022 is not the default interface on those websites. During my tests, I changed from Vector 2010 to Vector 2022 and the baseline was missing. I didn't realize it was not integrated before.
For example, for French Wikisource, it should be "la bibliothèque libre".

How can we proceed to add those baseline for each projects where it is missing?
