Some articles in ar:wp shouldn't have images, such as articles who are actually lists. We (in ar:wp) don't have a specific category or template for these articles, but titles of all of them are beginning with a specific word: "List of" (in Arabic: قائمة).

Is it possible in Special:EditGrowthConfig or in any possible way to exclude articles being suggested for the structured task "Add an image" who are beginning with a specific word?
