Per https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Gerrit/L10n-bot this should have happened automatically, but it hasn't. Has it been overridden or is the documentation wrong?

Can someone also explain the current process so that documentation can be updated if necessary.

In integration/config zuul/layout.yaml we define a template of jobs such as:

templates:
- name: extension-quibble
    gate-and-submit-l10n:
      - mediawiki-i18n-check-docker

Thus when one adds an extension with that template applied:

projects:
 - name: mediawiki/extensions/WikiVideos
   template:
    - name: extension-quibble

The extension then has the i18n checker.

The WikiVideos is currently not configured in CI.
