FY2022-23 Q3 CRS support for Private Incident Reporting System MVP Phase

Description

Following the review of feedback collected since the announcement of the Private Incident Reporting System (PIRS) the Trust and Safety Tools Team has defined (or redefined) the scope of PIRS and will be using an MVP approach to tackle the project.

Per the RACI, @STei-WMF will be providing the following support:

Q2

  • Help restructure and update PIRS project page (T324573)

Q3

  • Consultation for Product OKRs
  • Consultation for PIRS Baseline Metrics (Success of a Product)
  • Consultation for Identification of Pilot Wikis (T322487 )
  • Publicise Harassment on Wikipedia literature review (T322488)
