Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Open the preview for the first few results
- Scroll down and open the preview of the same results again
What happens?:
As you can see in the video below, it seems the search preview remembers the position it was first opened in. So when you scroll down and open the same preview again it shows outside the screen despite a lot of space available on the screen.
What should have happened instead?:
Expected behaviour is that no matter how far up or down the user scrolls when the preview is opened it adjusts its relative position such that it does not get cut off for the user. The only time it would be acceptable to have the preview get cut off the screen is when the preview is too long to fit in the available space or needs to be moved to the lower part of the screen for its association with the result.
