Description

To test how Phonos and the JobQueue reacts to a mass-deployment (which admittedly is currently unlikely to occur) of {{IPA}}, we should:

Add a blank test template to a few hundred pages on test.wikipedia.org (i.e., {{IPA test}})
Edit {{IPA test}} to include Phonos
Perform a purge (with forcerecursivelinkupdate)
Monitor the JobQueue (T324564)
