@Esanders - could you give us some help in replicating this one? We're able to see the indicator on https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:ESanders_(WMF)/global.js&action=history (where the language selector is not available), but cannot find a page with both language selector and indicator.

Our recent changes have removed the language selector from many namespaces, but we show a help link on diff pages: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%C4%8Caslav_of_Serbia&diff=1147180703&oldid=1147038427
