Refine existing SWT workshop materials and plan the next steps

Description

This task continues the work from T327283 and T327285

  • Move the existing materials to a location under Manual:Pywikibot
  • Add categories to the new materials
  • Add links to the new materials to doc.wikimedia.org/pywikibot
  • Share the materials with potential reviewers and interested parties (SWT telegram channel, PWB mailing list, wikitech-l)
  • Refine the existing materials based on feedback
  • Plan for the next steps - which workshops materials to work on next and how
  • Create Phabricator tasks for the remaining workshop materials

  • T341981: Create on-wiki content for the "Best practices for maintaining bots and tools" workshop
  • T341980: Create on-wiki content for the "How to write a basic script via Pywikibot" workshop
  • T341979: Create on-wiki content for the "Intro to Pywikibot framework and installation" workshop

Skipped the following workshops:

  • Writing Wikidata queries using the WDQS tool - not relevant for Pywikibot docs
  • How to run a popular bot on your wiki - no recording
