Some Thank-you related tests won't run....

Description

this sucks. - so because of the mix of tests we have, including our legacy drupal ones we call civicrm_initialize(); from our phpunit bootstrap.php file.

Then, when an extension has the filescanner mixin it gets scanned at that point - before the list of tests is compiled.

When phpunit runs it loads classes and looks for classes not previously declared - which our tests were as filescanner ripped through the directory earlier
