  • Extension:IRS
  • Extension:UserReport

UserReport is a good idea, short and to the point, IMO better than an acronym.

Per T340198: Rename IncidentReporting repo to ReportIncident I think (hope? 😅 ) we have finalized the name to Extension:ReportIncident.

Agreed. @STei-WMF as per T340198 we have finalised the name to Extension:ReportIncident, I think you can close this ticket
