Trust & Safety Tools team has been tasked with building an incident reporting system for users to easily and safely report violations.
In doing this, a key objective is to get feedback from the community.
How can we help you?
The team needs CRS support for community-facing work. This Q4 will be more about supporting design research in Indonesian and Korean Wikipedia communities as follows:
- Assistance with community engagement around mapping out local reporting workflows – T332026
- Assistance with conducting PIRS MVP user research on pilot wikis – T330785
What does success look like?
Success looks like having comprehensive and inclusive community engagement regularly and incorporating feedback into product design and development through research and discussions.
