Description

The interface of Special:AllMessages is a bit broken and not easy to use:

The "translate" link for searching translatewiki is not working: the language query param is wrong (should not be the user's interface language), etc.
The diff between default messages and local overrides is not intuitive, may we use the diff engine to format the diff view?
Since T229992:
- We may want to compare with the potential local fallbacks (which would be used if the current override didn't exist) instead.
- The fallback source becomes more important but is not displayed.
