On most wikis, in a typical article TOC, there is between one to a few words with the number of characters between several to, say, 30 per heading. On Chinese or Japanese wikis though, most article headings have a few, up to several characters. The current TOC column width is too large, which makes the TOC disconnected from the content area.

This doesn't apply to discussion pages on those wikis, though.
