Description

When translating with section Translation on mobile, for example from Japanese into Igbo the list of translation services available only shows Google Translate. The expected result would be for MinT and Yandex to also be available.

Machine translation was disabled for Japanese as a target language (T323973), but it should be still available for it as a source languages. It is also unclear which are the differences in the configuration files of Google, MinT and Yandex that make only the first to appear.

Yandex doesn't support Igbo (ig).

The issue seems resolved:

(A different link was used for testing since the one in the description was not working anymore.
