Background: We want to the copy to read "Less than 5" rather than "less than 5" in the Response Statistics tab of the Participant Questions feature. This way, the copy will be consistent with other parts of the feature in which the beginning of the statistics text is capitalized (for example, "Between X and Y"). This task is a follow-up to T336855.
