[M] MachineVision: archive and remove all database tables

Description

As part of undeploying the MachineVision extension all its database tables should be archived and removed from production

Note that there's a new proposed mechanism for storing archived database data, see T350924

Hopefully all that's involved here is getting a DBA to dump/store the tables, and then drop the ones from production

Data dumps are archived here https://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/machinevision/ and we also did a recent sqoop of production tables into hdfs (stored at /wmf/data/archive/backup/machine-vision-backup/)

Actually dropping the mariadb tables is covered by T362229, so closing this ticket
