Undeploy the MachineVision extension from production

WARNING: all the following tasks need to be completed first

Remove Echo notifications T347968
Make sure logs/msgs can be displayed without the extension T347966
Remove references to MachineVision code from other codebases T347967
Archive database tables T347969
Archive events T347970

WARNING: after completing this ticket we need to

revert the code with the warnings/410 in the MachineVision repo T347971
