The message discussiontools-notification-subscribed-new-comment-header shows only the topic title and not the page title. This often makes the following difficult. For example, many Wikipedia articles may have talk page sections such as "Notability" or "Article title", and within the context of the whole talk page it's clear what article do they belong to, but in the notification area it's less clear: if you follow several "Notability" discussions, it's unclear from the notification what page is it talking about, especially if you follow several Notability discussions.

In fact, the page title already seems to be passed to the message as $3, but it's not actually used. Is there a particular reason for that? If not, simply adding ... on the page $3 to the message will probably be enough, but maybe I'm missing something.
