Go for it now, if you want! I thought maybe we should leave some wikis untouched in case the QR code feature disrupts QA efforts for something else, but we're only talking about a single link under "Tools".

There's no harm I suppose! But I think T341361 should be resolved before we deploy to any non-test wikis.

We can wait for T341361: Add Special:QrCode page to be resolved before deploying to test.wiki — no rush afaik, right? :-)

We're aiming to deploy this to all wikis on Thursday, February 1. We can deploy to Test Wikipedia in the meantime if we want to, but it's a rather low-risk feature (just a link in the "Tools" menu) so we were thinking it's okay to do a quicker rollout.
