User You Would Like to Report text field is not retaining previously entered username or selected username when user exits and then re-opens the dialog.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open this url: https://ko.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=사용자토론:Bluedot&uselang=en
2. Log in with a user that has at least 1 edit
3. Go to a User Talk page
4. Select the Report option
5. Select Proceed to File A Report
6. Select some behavior types
7. At the User You Would Like To Report insert a username or select from list of usernames via autocompletion
8. Enter some text into Additional Details field
9. At this point you can either click on the X to exit/close the report page or press your ESC key on your keyboard or mouse click outside of the form page to exit/close the report
10. Select the Report option
11. Select Proceed to File A Report

Actual Result:
You will notice that your previously inserted info and selections are all showing BUT not the User You Would Like To Report, that field is now blank and does not show the username you previously inserted/selected

Expected Result:
User You Would Like To Report text field should be displaying your previously entered OR selected username from Step 7.
