One of the first ideas I had was to look into the SQL code in https://github.com/wmde/mitmachen/tree/master/www/python/queries and compare it to the changes that have recently been made to the https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Database_layout. The first one I found is that the https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Templatelinks_table doesn't have the tl_namespace and tl_title columns any more. There are currently 3 queries that use this table. These need to be rewritten.
One way to do this is to use https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Quarry to create new queries (you have real-world data there, in contrast to your dev environment), put them in a pull request, merge and deploy the modified code, and just try if it works.
