I might have found a mistake in my code, which could have probably led to under-counting. Reopening this task to investigate, doing QA and update the counts if need be.

The issue has been fixed. I have updated the data at the same link.

The issue was while filtering out admins using event_user_groups_historical, anonymous users have this field as null value instead of an empty array, which caused them to be removed from the counts as well.
