User story:
As the Growth team, I want to be able to contact recent new account holders who registered specifically to create a new article, because we should address the needs of this user group.
Note: this project will also be guided by the needs of moderators / patrollers, but that outreach will be covered in other tasks.
Background:
Although we receive considerable feedback on wiki from more experienced editors, we receive far less from new editors who are just getting started and generally zero feedback from newcomers who are unsuccessful in their first attempt to edit.
Data collection should be limited to four wikis (EN,ES,SW,AR) for a period of x days.
Acceptance Criteria:
Given I'm creating a new account on English, Spanish, Swahili, or Arabic Wikipedia,
When I complete the Welcome survey,
There is an optional opt-in checkbox on the Welcome Survey allowing me to consent to being contacted for research.
