Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?: AWB general fixes adds the incorrect [[Category:2016 births]]

What should have happened instead?: No birth category should be added, because 2016 is her death year

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia): 6.2.1.1 SVN 12554

rev 12561 "Birth date based on age at death" renamed to "Birth based on age at death" so check for both
