Hello and happy new year! There have been no new reports at CopyPatrol for about 12 hours, and the iThenticate reports are not loading ("A website error has occurred"). The Turnitin status page is not currently showing any issues or scheduled maintenance.

Fixed, thanks for pointing this out!
I have emailed our contacts at Turnitin. Last time, it was someone named Mark that assisted us with the old account. I do not have their email, so cc'ing @eranroz as I believe he has the contact.
Note that we are very close to launching the new system (T333724). We are waiting on Turnitin to finalize our new account, which we hope will be soon. However, we still need the old account to remain active so that permalinks and older iThenticate reports continue to function.
