and you will see Turkey is grey.

What should have happened instead?:
Should show data like other biggish countries

It seems very unlikely there were less than 100 views. Perhaps Turkey was hardcoded out when Wikipedia was blocked here?

Declining this task, because, as @MusikAnimal said, this information is intentionally hidden for privacy reasons.

Perhaps stats for all countries below a certain level of democracy are hidden? If so how is this decided?

Ah ok I found https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Legal:Country_and_Territory_Protection_List

Could this be linked from the stats website in case others are wondering?

https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Legal:Country_and_Territory_Protection_List says “ The Wikimedia Foundation can publish aggregated data about them only using differential privacy such that any consumer of the data will be (in the worst case) at most 2.5% more certain about a data subject's presence or absence in the dataset.”

Is that technically possible for Turkey? If so could this bug report be an enhancement request instead?

@Chidgk1 yes, you could submit this as an enhancement request. Differential Privacy work is still under review.
