T279145: Export "Direttivo:" and "Ufficio:" namespaces from https://wiki.wikimedia.it/ to then be able to drop private contents

Understand if the URL /area-wiki-riservata-legacy in https://www.wikimedia.it/ can now be destroyed or if it should be Archived somewhere (WMIT's NextCloud?).
Drop the related config - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/WIIN/browse/main/servers/intreccio/conf/apache2/sites-available/it-wikimedia-www-ssl.conf (permalink)
Then, destroy the directory from production - /var/www/wmi/area-wiki-riservata-legacy/
