Description

Gather recent stats for upload wizard uploads as listed in T337466 for own work and not own work. Including:

Uploads: number of files uploaded within a certain month
Deletions : number of files uploaded within certain months that have been deleted within 30 days.
Outstanding deletions: number of files uploaded within the certain month that are still in the DR queue.
Deletion_rate : (deletions+outstanding_deletions)/uploads

In addition, we want to take a look at uploads that have AI generated content.

Following are the stats for upload wizard uploads in January 2024:

Own Work	195,215	4,478	617	2.60%
Not Own Work	138,060	3,189	462	2.64%

Note that, from our previous baselines and previous months' stats, we saw ~ 70% of the uploads through the upload wizard are "own work". But in January, ~60% of the uploads are "own work".

In addition, 71 uploads are AI-generated content.

Note that in the previous ticket, we didn't include outstanding deletions in this calculation. And we are not able to get data back to May 2023. In this case, the actual deletion rate will be higher for both own work and not own work uploads.
