Support for both `Beng` script as well as `Mtei` scipt in `mniwiki`
Open, Needs TriagePublicFeature

Description

Background:
Manipuri Language is the official language in the State of Manipur in India. It is mainly spoken by the Manipuri people. Manipuri people live not only in Manipur, but also in Assam, Tripura, Sylhet division in Bangladesh.

This Manipuri Language has two official scripts to write: Meitei Script (Mtei) and/or Bangla Script (Beng). Most of the people in Manipur uses Meitei script. But outside Manipur, most of the people learn the Bangla script specially in Bangladesh where Bangla is the state and mandatory language. Therefore, the Manipuri Wikipedia (https://mni.wikipedia.org) may not be comprehensible to the Manipuri people lives in Bangladesh who uses Bangla script.

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
In order to resolve this, we were planning to use a bot (Mayek Bot) [ 1 ] that we created to transliterate from Meitei to Bangla Script. But it is not very sustainable solution, though the bot might have passed enough perfection (according to native Meitei speaker), we need a solution to be implemented as either a gadget or any feature to support both scripts. Currently, we are trying the bot for initial testing, but want to switch to more sustainable solution.

Please create a language converter for Meitei Script to Bengali Script.
