A translator reported that when trying to select a language to translate from the language box in an article, the user selects the wrong language because the list always jumps a line.
Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Click on the language link box in any article in nowikipedia
• Try to select a language of your choice from the list of languages to translate

What happens?:
The languages jump down a line so that the wrong language is selected

What should have happened instead?:
Select the language your cursor is on without jumping a line.
