We do not have good instructions for users of Event Platform on how they can and should decommission event streams. We currently have these sparse docs:

Both are very hand-wavy and not specific enough to provide to a user when they ask how they should do this.

We should write more explicit Event Platform level docs for this.

Since every event stream is ingested to a Hive table, we should also include instructions for getting that Hive table deleted, even though that is not strictly part of Event Platform.
