Is there any error in your web browser's developer tools' "console" or "network" tab? Does this also happen in safe mode? See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Locating_broken_scripts

Even though OCR programs can readily handle text from such a high-quality video, I do understand Sir. However, the next time I report a bug, I will be more detailed and make sure to incorporate as many texts and links as I can.
