Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

On iPad, Set system language to Portuguese (Portugal)
Uninstall and reinstall app
Set primary langauge to English (or a language where you have 50+ edits to view Add an image)
Trigger new feature announcement by backgrounding and then foregrounding the app, and visiting the Explore feed
