Create Status Page [Step 1]

Description

In order to have a status page that we can iterate on with the design team, we would like to ship the most default version of the status page somewhere so that we have a starting point.

As a template we shall be using csstate.

A repo has been created at https://github.com/wbstack/status-page

ACs

  • Our Wikibase cloud incidents should be visible on that page, dating back to 01.01.2024
  • The page needs to live somewhere other than our cloud servers (probably on github)
  • Where possible follow https://github.com/cstate/cstate/wiki/Customization to make the page look similar to the figma below

There's now a zero-custom-code version with content from the Mattermost channel at https://wbstack.github.io/status-page/

There's not much code to review here yet, but maybe it would make sense if someone else could clone the repo and test if the dev setup works for them as well. I'll hunt down someone for doing that in daily tomorrow.

Looks good to me, the local development environment seems to be working great.
