What happens?:
- All recent patches have Verified -1
- All older patches have Verified +2 added by the reviewer, instead of running CI.
- The Jenkins error message is https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/trigger-service-scaffold-node-pipeline-test/87/console

- CI doesn't throw error

- Jdforrester-WMF commented in a Gerrit patch that "this repo needs some fixes to its node packages"
- This is on my radar because I went to do some mass code refactoring and CI for my patch failed
