Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• I am uploading different medias through UploadWizard
• I follow the normal procedure, i.e. "Upload", "Release rights", "Describe"
• I uncheck "Same as caption" and proceed to fill in a description that is different than caption
• I want to go back to "Release rights", fix something, and then back to "Describe"

What happens?:
UploadWizard reverts back to "Same as caption" option checked and cancels description.

What should have happened instead?:
UploadWizard should remember that I unchecked "Same as caption" and entered a description that is different than caption.
