https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRE/Clinic_Duty/Access_requests#WMDE_Group lists accounts of WMDE management staff that are trusted to approve permission/access requests coming from WMDE staff.

I request update to the list to reflect the current staff:

@WMDECyn is an Engineering Manager at WMDE, please add them to the "WMDE Group" list
@jdfraine is a "CTO" at WMDE, please add them to the "WMDE Group" list
@Lea_WMDE is going to leave WMDE in a few days. I believe their account could already be removed from the "WMDE Group" list
