Description

User stories:

As reader I want to be able to see sub-reference footnote numbers in my local language numbering style.
As reader I want to be able to match the sub-reference numbers from the footnotes in the article with the corresponding line in the references section.

Background:

This affects different aspects of the numbering in the Cite extension.

How footnote numbers are rendered in Wikitext legacy and Parsoid
How the numbers in the references section are rendered legacy and Parsoid
Custom groups that can have custom number styles set

We're currently working on a numbering variant for sub-references that will be presented to the readers as.

On other languages the numbering style might be custom for the order lists currently used. - Currently this seems to be inconstant with whats in the footnote links:
