Dear lovely Phabricator Project-Admins,

Here a new lovely Phabricator project (I have not enough permissions):

Name	`WMCH-Cassandra`
Additional hashtags	`cassandra`, `glam_stat_tool_Cassandra`
Description	Technical coordination about the GLAM stat tool Cassandra (info: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q106904684) hosted in the WMCH-Infrastructure · Members in this project do not receive any particular privilege, so it's open to every contributor.
Visible to	Everybody
Joinable by	All users

@ValerioBoz-WMCH (technical coal operator in the humid boiler room of Wikimedia CH)

Purpose:

WMCH is moving the code hosting from GitHub (https://github.com/synapta/cassandra-GLAM-tools) to Wikimedia GitLab, and moving the bug tracker from that archived GitHub account, to Wikimedia Phabricator - as usual in our nice Wikimedia movement.

Bonus point: please allow @ValerioBoz-WMCH to create Milestones please 🙏 but unrelated.
