According to the designs shared in T367121#9962620, Special:Contributions and similar pages should use the text Results for username instead of For username in the subtitle. This was missed in the work done in T369859 and raised during QA by @Djackson-ctr.

QA has been completed and the new verbiage has been implemented (Per the Acceptance Criteria: Update the tool link subtitle text to start with Results for instead of For).
