We already have a kiwix project in TranslateWiki
We would like to add a new sub-project which is ready for translation.
Strings to translate are located in locales subfolder and are in a JSON file, with one file per language + qqq special language.
It is the first time I add such a project to translatewiki, and we have some degree of freedom in how things are done in the code base, so do not hesitate to speak-up if something is sub-optimal.
Existing project is named Kiwix / kiwix: https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:Kiwix
