Changing text size, from settings, while in an article does not change text size

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • Navigate to an article
  • Tap user icon, tap settings, tap reading preferences
  • Adjust the text size
  • Tap back, close settings

What happens?:
Article appears, text size does not change

What should have happened instead?:
Article appears, text size changes

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Tesed on 7.6.1 (4258)
Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
Note: This does not happen when adjusting text size, using settings, from the explore feed

This is a clientside bug from Navigation refresh part 1. Because you can go through profile in Article, it's not listening for the text size change in settings.
