@Michael just want to confirm you're hoping to use the Codex Card for the "showcase" of each suggested edit, and not the entire "container" that the feature is within, right? (the part in red in the below screenshot).
Yes, my understanding is that the idea would be to use the Codex Card in portrait mode for what you highlighted in red in your screenshot.
Though, I want to emphasize that this is currently just a placeholder-task for some future intention. We currently do not have plans or resources to work on that right away even if the component were available in Codex.
Also, I'm currently considering this mostly as a functional replacement. I do not have strong opinions on whether "It has to look exactly the same!" or not. For getting insight into such considerations, talking to UX might be the more fruitful approach.
