FuzzyBot autopatrol doesn't work

Description

FuzzyBot has autopatrol right (as bot) but doesn't autopatrol its edits. This usually works with bots of all sorts; not a big problem but might be a symptom of something worse.

Again an error with tags inherited by edits (if my terminology is not too wrong)?

Nothing to do with inherited tags. Translate extension and fuzzybot doesn't do anything special with patrolling, so the bug is probably in the core.

IIRC there's an open issue about edit flags only being honoured when going through EditPage.

That's not related. Patrolling isn't a flag.
