Description

Currently only users of the member group can edit pages on se.wikimedia.org, ecxept for the Project-namespace where any user can. The board of WMSE decided to open editing for any logged in user on se.wikimedia.org [1], i.e. the configuration needs to be changed.

Test procedure: logged in to the wiki, opened a random page then clicked on Redigera link.
