I don't think this is particularly useful given the fringe status of MW-Vagrant today.
(You can go to https://doc.wikimedia.org/mediawiki-vagrant/ and type role:: in the little search box on the top left to get the list of Vagrant roles. That's not the same as extensions, and is not filtered by being in WMF production, but it's close enough. But the bigger question is which extension roles are up-to-date and there is no easy way to get that, and a the hard way is not worth the effort.)
