Updated https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/55059/ to use getRealmSpecificRealm shell function instead of a duplicate implementation.

That indeed falls under mw territory but that requires ops to approve and merge the change. I havent yet found out a time window to get this change deployed and properly tested.
